About this piece
A small round spoon rest, pinched and smoothed entirely by hand, with two rows of lettering stamped into the dish reading L*ZY PR!CK (yes, it says exactly what you think). The mustard yellow glaze pools into the stamps and deepens there, so the wording catches the light. Just the right size to rest a wooden spoon or a teaspoon beside the hob, and pretty enough to leave out on the worktop. This one is a little cheaper at £8.50 because the oxide in the lettering isn't quite perfect — the wording is softer in places than it should be, though still clear and legible. Hand built, one at a time, in a small studio in Wales. Approx. 2.5 inches across. Mustard yellow glaze, food safe. Hand-stamped lettering. Dishwasher safe, though hand washing keeps the glaze brightest. As every piece is made by hand, small variations in shape, glaze and stamping are part of the character.
